The SeaPort Office was established by the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) with the vision to meet Sea Power 21 objectives and to increase efficiency in the procurement of Professional Support Services. In 2001, this vision became a reality with the original SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Multiple Award Contract (MAC), the NAVSEA-based web portal that enabled electronic procurement of Engineering, Technical and Programmatic support services. HI-TEST Laboratories, Inc. is pleased to provide world-class professional support services to the current Seaport-e MAC as a Prime Contractor. HI-TEST has been supporting US Department of Defense (DOD) initiatives since its inception in 1975. We are a certified HUBZone small business. Over the past 23 years, HI-TEST has tested a significant portion of the US Navy's shipboard equipment for operational and combat survivability. HI-TEST is the only US commercial facility NAVSEA approved for a full-range of shock testing in accordance with MIL-S-901D at a single location. HI-TEST has a strong team of engineers, data acquisition technicians, and craftsmen team. Our world-class team is qualified in the Northeast, National Capital, Mid Atlantic, Gulf Coast and Southwest zones, and will provide NAVSEA and the Warfare Centers world-class service in the following functional areas:
